Adhahi Project

A sacrifice in the cause of Allah

تبرعوا بالأ ضاحي الى الفقراء والأيتام في عيد الأضحى

23th September 2014

Dear brothers and sisters,

World Wide Welfare has arranged for Qrbani (Adhahi) in Iraq where it will benefit the needy people, widows and orphans.

While we celebrate Eid Al-Adha and have joy, there are hundreds of thousands of Muslims worldwide today who are silently suffering; being deprived of basic human necessities such as food and are living in poverty.

In Iraq, the poor, the displaced people and orphans are suffering.  It is our duty to alleviate as much of their pain as we can by donating a sum of money towards the Adhahi which will be distributed on the day of Eid Al-Adha to the poor families and orphans.

To participate in this project please fill in this form and send it to:

World Wide Welfare, C/O 124 Wandle Road, Morden, Surrey SM4 6AE

With a cheque for the price of the number of sheep to be sacrificed in the name of Allah on your behalf.

Your help will greatly improve the condition of the orphans and the poor.

Yours faithfully,

Dr. Bayan Alaraji

Chairperson of World Wide Welfare

Healthcare Projects

One of the projects of World Wide Welfare is the health care projects; many poor people cannot afford to go to the doctor. Dental treatment is always costly in many countries. The team of World Wide Welfare with the help of donors managed to establish a general clinic in Najaf City south of Baghdad to treat and care for the orphans and the poor families in that area; two doctors a male and a female are working in that clinic and they were serving the needs of the needy people who cannot visit private doctors.

Many of those patients asked for a dentist as many of the poor families lack dental care as a result there are many dental diseases and problems.

Iraqi Refugee Appeal – 31st July 2014

More than 2 million Iraqis have been displaced from their homes and cities since the ISIS siege on Mosul and areas of northern Iraq. Many families and individuals have been forced to flee and seek refuge in different parts of the country. Many have been left with virtually nothing to live on and no prospects of sustaining themselves.

World Wide Welfare charity in Iraq, with their contacts and experience, have been providing refugees with some essential needs like food, water, clothing, blankets and other basic items.

There are charitable collections being held for those who would like to donate any amount, to help those who have been displaced in Iraq. We would be grateful if you could spare any amount.

Orphans

World Wide Welfare cares for orphans until the age of 16 years; there are millions of orphans around the world; in Iraq only there are nearly five millions orphans; for only £15.00 a month you can sponsor an orphan; this small amount of money covers meals, education, clothes and health care. We have a large number of orphans waiting for someone to look after them; they need your support.

For only £180.00 a year you will give the orphan the chance to live in dignity; you can extend your sponsorship as long as you wish afterwards or you can stop it.
You can get in touch with the orphan by letters or even telephone calls could be arranged if you wish; you can chose a particular orphan or donate to the orphan general fund without having a particular orphan. The money donated through orphan general fund will be given to orphans who haven’t been sponsored.

Also you can sponsor or donate to more than one orphan; remember that your donation can save lives.

Adhahi (Qurbani) Appeals

Every Year Adhahi (Qurbani) benefitted many poor people in the Muslim world; this year with your support we want to give to more people and share the joy of this coming Eid- Al-Adha Insha-Allah.

World Wide Welfare has been carrying Qurbanis on behalf of the Muslim community in some countries for many years.

We can mention the name you specify at the time of slaughter in any country you chose and the meat will be distributed freshly immediately on the day of Eid to the mostly needed communities including widows, orphans, refugees and disabled.

You can donate the money for how many Qurbani you want and we distribute it to the needy. Help the poor and the needy by ordering your Qurbani now.
